Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of techades.ca(the "Site"), operated by TechAdes Incorporated (Federal Corp. No. 1720897-9) ("TechAdes," "we, " "us"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes about TechAdes and its products. You may view, download, and print Site content for your own non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, code, and the "TechAdes" and "Obelo" names) is owned by TechAdes or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual-property law. Nothing on the Site grants any license to those rights other than the limited permission described above.

Third-party links and products

The Site links to third-party properties, including useobelo.com. Those properties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and TechAdes is not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as- available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechAdes and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to CAD $100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechAdes from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
