About TechAdes

The company

TechAdes Incorporated is a Canadian AI research and product company, federally incorporated and based in Toronto. We build AI systems from research questions outward: each product begins with a technical problem we believe is unsolved, and ships once we have something we use ourselves.

Founder

Emmanuel Alabi is the founder and majority shareholder. Technical background, multiple product builds prior to TechAdes, currently directing both research and product development.

Director

Adunola Eunice Alabi is the Canadian-resident Director of TechAdes Incorporated, satisfying federal corporate-residency requirements and overseeing Canadian operations.

Canadian operations

TechAdes operates from Toronto. Engineering hires, R&D work, and intellectual property all reside in Canada. Our research is supported in part by federal innovation programs including NRC IRAP and SR&ED, and our software production qualifies under the Ontario Digital Media Tax Credit.

Operating in Canada is a deliberate choice. Toronto and Waterloo are among the densest concentrations of AI engineering talent globally. The Canadian federal innovation programs reward companies investing in long-horizon research. Both factors align with how TechAdes is built.
